Coaching for Leaders

Throughout my career, I have coached leaders towards gaining the clarity, confidence and resilience they need to thrive in their roles, build strong and influential relationships in new contexts, and lead with authenticity. I coach leaders at all levels from first line managers through to Partners, Directors and CEO’s, supporting them as they step into a leadership role as well as through various types of transition, such as promotions, mergers, rapid growth and restructures. I work with a wide range of client organisations and sectors, including KPMG, Lloyd’s of London, Société Générale, Barclays, O2/Telefonica, Danone, Miller Insurance, Mercedes Benz UK, Ordnance Survey and a Dorset Educational Trust. Clients value my outcome-focused, thought-provoking and supportive approach, underpinned by psychological depth and evidence-based techniques. To create lasting behavioural change, we will typically explore relevant beliefs, feelings and values to ensure you lead in a way that feels authentic to you. I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space to do your thinking and draw on my experience of leadership development and change management where appropriate. Such insights have proved invaluable in helping leaders reflect on their own leadership context and developing their true and effective leadership style. Through coaching you will identify necessary actions and find ways to hold yourself to account, that work for you. .

Much of my coaching experience to date has focused on two key aspects of leadership:



1) stepping into a new leadership role and wanting to feel confident and impactful as soon as possible




2) leading through transitions, be they restructures, mergers, changes in the Board, so that you navigate the change successfully and with confidence.
