Meet Tracy

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and throughout my career I have been coaching leaders and developing coaches. As an accredited and highly experienced Coach, I have developed and supported leaders at all levels - from first line managers to CEOs - across sectors, including financial services, professional services, scientific research, food and beverage, and education, both locally and internationally. As a result, I have understanding and empathy with the many leadership challenges faced and can draw on different ways to address them. I have particularly enjoyed coaching those who are stepping up into a leadership role and coaching leaders through transitions, such as promotions, mergers and restructures.

As Coach, I am recognised for my outcome-focused, thought-provoking and supportive approach, underpinned by psychological depth and evidence-based techniques. I also draw on my experience of leadership development and change management where appropriate and helpful to clients. I am also a developer of coaches. For 20 years I have been an Associate Lead Tutor on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) for Henley Business School, as well as a Coaching Supervisor for the PCEC, the MSc in Coaching and the Team and Systemic Coaching programmes; I have worked with hundreds of coaches, and leaders who coach and so am very aware of the different coaching styles, methodologies and challenges. As a coach, coaching supervisor, mentor coach and trainer I love to support those who want to develop as professional coaches or as coaching leaders. I also run coaching and mentoring skills workshops for Managers and Leaders, and support client organisations to grow teams of in-house coaches, as well as build a coaching culture.
